I though I knew how to use the blender soft body system but this tutorial just opened a lot of new doors to make use of it.

Quick question. the soft body keeps deforming and then fixing itself. I don’t know what I am doing wrong.
The soft body simulation doesn’t work. Goal is by MIn,Max and Default: 0.950. Stiffness: 0.1, Damping:50
