Senad Korjenic shares a very detailed tutorial on modeling and texturing an acoustic guitar. He uses an almost magazine-like layout style that might remind you of publications such as 3D Artist. I like it a lot - what do you think of this layout?
I'd love to share with you my newest tutorial. Learn how to make an acoustic guitar, I'm covering the whole modeling process step by step and I show you how to make the procedural materials for the guitar.

Ahhhh, dude, I love this! I had been thinking about making an acoustic guitar
I hope this tutorial can help you
What an excellent and well thought out tutorial. Thanks for making this, Senad.
It's nice to see a tutorial that isn't a YouTube video!
I have nothing against a youtube video but I'm learning better from written tutorials, also my english to bad to make a video ;)
Hi Great tutorial Modeling and materials are supreme.
I have some detail remarks
1. In guitar fingerboard (hope to translated correct) u have the roughness is to low value and is to shiny, finger boards are not so reflected because the most of them they have not paint on
2. On video i can't see the inside, it is to dark i think.
3. You can add some sticker to the inside usually manufacture make info
4. Under the hole add some scratches because the type is acoustic so guitar player use more Guitar pen
5. Also on the top of the head of the Guitar manufacture use his stamp metal - paint or wood material
thanks for the tips I appreciate it
I finished the modelling now, but I don't know if I will get time to texture it soon, and I quite like it as it is:
