Art Spotlight: Jump In

I recently featured ‘Jump In’ by Antony Oms in my weekly Sketchfab roundup. Today he talks about the creation of this piece, sharing insights into his inspiration and technical challenges.

My name is Antony, I’m 22, and I’m a 3D artist from Paris. I have never studied 3D, so I have learned by practicing software. The purpose of most of my creations is to bring viewers to think and feel something.

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.
