Here the assasin is defeated and Detective Chima goes deeper into the mystery that came with the email he received months back.
Characters are hand drawn and animated in OpenToonz and integrated into a 3d background created in Blender.
OpenToonz 1.1.2 and Blender 2.78

Thank you. I hope to improve more. I plan on making a VR animation with hand drawn animation in it later in the future.
