The actual title of the art is "A box is a box but what is inside" which instantly made me think of SE7EN!

Thinking on this... it is unlikely that drum sticks would "last" so long as to look ancient. Spindles on the other hand would. The longer one is a matched pair with one outside the box so in the theme of a clothier perhaps they are a pair of knitting needles.
Last guess, I promise. Since this is a artist site, it makes more sense to think of art tools. These could indeed be very old ink writing instruments or even tattoo pens.

I looked at that over and over. I don't know why I did not mention it. I was trying to figure if it was a card or a small painting... it's what got me thinking art.

nice, although a bit low res, I see a cardboard box open, which contained a wooden box, open, which contained some old writing or painting tools, a print, some leaves... dust, webs, but who made the render...? is it you? it was made in Blender, I suppose?

I'm really excited to see this on here. This is one of my high school student's work. His name is Tyson, and he's 16. He started 3D for the first time in my class last school year. One of the most promising students I've ever had. Just thought I'd share a little about him. Very proud of his progress.
