Stunning work. For me, it conjures an image of God creating the universe, with His fingerprints visible on the glass. Near the surface, the liquid appears as though it could be blood, representing the atonement (the physical and spiritual sacrifice of Jesus), which is crucial to the success of the plan of salvation and is a powerful illustration of God's love for all of humanity.
Rarely do I see CG work that could be framed and displayed along side more traditional mediums as a piece of genuine artistic expression. You have, however, succeeded.

Take a look closer look to the reflection of the glass... for me it looks like an alien ;)
Beautifully crafted image. But unfortunately it's a backward and unscientific interpretation of creation myth believed by the desert cults' followers.
Whether or not the story is a literal sequential outline of the creative process, I find peace in my belief that a loving god engineered, initiated, and directed the creation. This is something I don't think can or should be scientifically ruled out. When I see the stars, read about cosmic events surrounding the creation of the universe, or delve into the details of the creation of life, for me it is all a testament to a higher power.
