How to model an old Robot Tank in Blender

4

Zacharias Reinhardt explains how he created this rusty robot model.

Hi everyone!

In this video tutorial you will learn how a old robot tank came into existence. I will give you tips on how to develop such a fantasy machine and show the importance of detail work. Next I will explain to you every step to prepare and adjust the 3D model for the subsequent shading process and for the process of including it into a final 3D scene. After creating an “intact” 3D model, I will show you, how to “destroy” it, since the robot tank in this scene has seen many years.

Have fun!
