Alessandro Dalla Fontana presents his reel – it’s fast, well edited and very polished.
I’m Alessandro Dalla Fontana, I’m a photographer, video maker and 3D artist. I have started to work with the 3D software twenty years ago with Cinema 4D and Maya.
Now I have a little production house that produces video and image for advertising agencies in Milan/Italy.
I use only Blender for my works from version 2.6 on Ubuntu; I chose Blender for Cycles, for me one of the best render engine of the world, I suggest to all of using it.The other best plus that has Blender is the possibility of follow the developing, so I know always what that I aspect from the next version.
This is the showreel of my VFX works, all made with Blender and Cycles render.
Compositing with Natron, video editing with Lightworks.My always enabled Addon: Animation Nodes, the C4D Mograph of Blender.

Yes, absolutely. Blender fluid is not Realflow but with some tricks you can obtain a right result, for example just using a smooth modifier.
I hope that with Manta we will have more velocity in simulation.
