New Tutorial – Create a spinning top animation

This tutorial takes you through the process of recreating the scene shown in the preview below.

It covers modelling, texturing and materials, lighting, shot composition, animation, rendering and compositing. It runs a little longer than I had initially planned but it’s full of useful tips and techniques for the intermediate blender user.
