Motor Heap with making-of and .blend

Follow Manu Järvinen as he creates this image from concept art to final piece. Unlike many time-lapse videos that you see, this one isn’t just simply a sped-up recording of his session, but a carefully edited video where you see him work in real time. I love it, what do you think?

Ctrl + R (Loop subdivide).

  CTRL + R cuts the plane, but to round the edge he uses Bevel (CTRL + B) as Rune put it. Loop subdivide doesn’t round edges.
