Gabriel Verdugo writes:

Hello everyone!, since 2012 i have been making a feature film completely on my own, music, characters, textures, story, animation, compositing etc..., literally everything.

I have been using Blender, Gimp painter, Krita, Ardour and Hydrogen as my main tools, and i wanted to share with you guys and gals the teaser of this proyect, that i expect to finish within the first quarter of 2017.

I'm using the old but reliable blender internal as my render engine and no lights wathsover are used, the material is set to emit, and is composited with an ambient occlussion pass, and a normal pass mixed with the backgrounds that previously shooted in the real world with a photo camera.

Hope you like it!, Greetings!

  1. Wow, that's so cool.
I'm working on my own 3D animated short, I started a year ago with writing a story.
I'm still in pre-production, working on the storyboard and animatic.
But I've also done some production work, like modeling, sculpting, texturing and rigging.
You have to do so much research, it's a lot of work.
But it's really nice to be studying al this time.
But a full feature film, respect man!!

My animated short is gonna take about 2-3 more years.
Good luck, I can't wait to see the full product
