SPEC 2.0 Benchmark will use Blender to benchmark performance

The SPECwpc benchmark measures all key aspects of workstation performance based on diverse professional applications. Their latest update, ‘2.0’, uses Blender to benchmark new hardware in the ‘Media and Entertainment’ category.

(And yes, that’s a horrible picture for this post. I didn’t know what else to use ;-)
