Fun with Blender, particles and a leaf blower :)
620 frames, renderd with Cycles via Renderstreet. It was my first testing of a renderfarm and it worked very fast and comfortable. I used their Add-on for Blender so it was very easy to get things done. My old GTX470 would need about 40 hours for this task ...

My interpretation is that he is upset because his leaf blower is completely silent, then shakes it until it makes a horrible noise and is happy again.

Bart's interpretation is quite right - this guy is only happy, when his leaf blower makes a lot of noise - and honestly, i suspect that real leaf blower guys in the parks are ticking in the same way. Maybe they have a noise switch at their infernal machines - one for silent and one for apocalypse and i guess they all choose "apocalypse" ;)
