I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. Why is that some posts go trough without moderation and mine always doesn't and needs to wait for moderation?
I'll have to try one with a website, maybe thats why?

  2. So, sorry to test this out here, but what is the reason why my post, when using my name always as to be moderated. Thank you Bart for any explanation. I never wrote anything that would need moderation.
I've been a respectful Blender user for so many years, supported blender's development and movies, bought products on the online store. What is going on here?
Thank you for any light on this matter.

    • I'm honestly not sure - WordPress has started doing this a few weeks ago. I've reviewed all settings but it's still aggressively holding some comments in moderation. I usually clear them within the hour though, so no need to worry about it too much :)

      • Well thank you very much for your reply Bart, I really appreciate it.
Was just wondering was was going on.
I'll do some research to see if I can find anything on this wordpress issue.
Again, thank you very much for your time.
This site is really important to the community, and you do a great job!
        You are very appreciated ;)

        Kind regards, Acla.
