Randomverts is challenging himself to generate one Blender project a day (I honestly don't know how people find the time for this, but think the effort is commendable). randomverts writes:
It all started with this guy, beeple. He is doing render daily, for 8 years or so. I was inspired when I saw his work, and what's more important: the approach to do things.
The though arised, that I can do it to. In blender. Heck, in open source programs at all, focusing on blender. And so, one day randomverts was born. I'm doing small pictures to practice my creative muscles and to release. In the name of progress and challenge. Also to show that open source software is now capable to stand in rank (in some dimensions at least) with commercial tools.
It's all running now on two pages: on Tumblr and Facebook.All is needed now is your participation, either for comments and critics or just for amusement.
The daily progress was thus halted as I've stumbled upon contest on blenderguru.com and I want to give it a shot ;)Now let's blend away!

...Or, wait, was that apples I'm thinking of instead?
Hmm. Better do both, just in case.
I'm pretty sure it's "an apple made with Blender".
