My Friends over at Dividend Training, asked me to produce a 3d Animated Motiongraphic promo to Show off their Oracle Primavera P6 training and support services. Early on I wanted something a little different for this project, so rather than create a standard After Effects piece, I created the whole thing in Blender, (ok fine there was some REALLY minor comping and tweaking in AE) Which allowed me to make something a little different.
I think thats my favourite thing about working in Blender, Unlike After effects in Blender you have to build a style from the top down, there are very few shortcuts, its pure user driven design. In Short, blender requires you bring your own style and artistry, It doesn’t try to fill the gaps for you, so whilst its harder, Its a lot more rewarding.

Great spot Chris, would love a more in depth look at the making of it, workarounds, pitfalls, etc.
Thanks Matthew Thats really nice of you to say. At the moment, I've kinda got a backlog of tutorials that need doing, so I won't have time to do one for this anytime soon, However If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to answer them.
