Music video “El tango del Tata”

This is a music video i made for my friends Nikita and Luis (Andamula). It’s my favorite song from their latest CD “Hold to the Rock”. The video was a complete digital production – the drawings were made with Clip Studio Paint and all animation, compositing and video editing work was made with the best program in this region of the universe – Blender ;)

Thank you for your kind comments – it makes me very happy to read, that it worked out to transfer the mood of this beautiful song into a kind of visual stage. My intention was to assist the story with a smooth camera movement, no hectic, no stress at all. I used Cycles for the rendering – my two old GTX 470 had some hard weeks and one of them didn’t survive the task – but it gave all it had and took the bullet for the greater thing ;)
I don’t understand Spanish but it looks like a poignant, even tragic story, some aspects only too familiar. I mean, in real life.
