Port Stephens Commercial

Everyone likes a love story, especially one that blooms over a recycling bin. A new TVC for Port Stephens Council.

We work hard to achieve a mix of 2D and 3D in many of our projects. A lot of our influences are comics and Kids books and we wanted this to have a romantic painterly feel.

The style was achieved without creating too much in 3D. Only the bin and characters were actually modelled everything else (including the flowers in his hands) was Matt Painted.

All the modeling and UVing was done in Blender. With the animation done in Maya.
