Blender Game Engine: City blend-file
Blenderrendersky is offering a ready to use city model.
This is a city I modeled for my blender game STARS. You can download and use it for yourself if you want.
The city is used best for some kind of window POVs, where you don´t have to reveal a full city, but need some geometry.
Have fun playing around with the blendfile and have a nice day.
