Gray Television used Blender for their latest commercial.

Hi, my name is Cory DeVore, and I work for Gray Television Inc. as a Creative Services Producer. My supervisor Dylan Hardy, and fellow producer Arn McConnell had come up with a promo for us to make about some of our channels going HD. Dylan wrote the promo, and Arn modeled the SD TV set and some of the internal parts. He also helped with some shading and did all the After Effects work. I modeled the HD TV set, rigged and animated the transformation.
Fitting a full SD TV set inside an HD TV set is very difficult, and made the animation process quite complicated. But we felt it went really well. I animated the whole thing in Blender, and we rendered with Cycles.
