Minoribus has been steadily posting designs of ‘needless things’ that gave me a good laugh. Here’s an overview of his work so far – these go back to December 2013 and his work in progress tread is a great read!

In this series of needless thing images I take ordinary everyday objects and try to make them pretty useless. And pretty is meant in a double sense. It should be pretty useless and at the same time pretty to look at :)

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.
