it was ok ……started great…then lost quality as time went on….didn’t really sell the weights thing well in the middle and end parts

nice done, the animation work is excellently done.
Because of the title i thought we would gonna see some tricks on muscles in blender.
Well you get that when it gets posted here, on you-tube it would be just fine
Maybe a tip; if you make a bump layer of some veins, and animate its strength i think you can get a nice impression of muscle tension in the body. (perhaps make several maps for it for different body parts), and if you do maybe build in a texture effect (color mix node, can be animated too), so you can make head also a little red; (higher blood pumping rate, as the body gets a lot of tension), also can be used for a shame face.
