I felt the Cycles doesn’t have the artistic feel as the Blender Internal.
This is Valparaiso City
It is an excellent work, certainly way beyond my current skills. One thing I might do differently is add some subtle geometric distortion to the glass panes. At the very least use separate planes for each pane, and make very subtle random changes to the angles of each one, just enough to notice the reflection does not line up perfectly. Window panes once installed are never that perfect.I think this will have a big effect on the scene.
been thinking about doing one of these for awhile now, just cant find the right alley lol,i’ll use blender internal if i do though.i get everything i need without jumpin through hoops. its has gotten alot faster and less fireflies in the last few releases.but i still like BI better. nice work.
