Macquarie House 3D animation

4

A great architectural video made with Blender and Octane by Matthew Duff.

Just thought I would drop a line on the new animation I have just completed over at Sixth Law. Created entireley in blender and rendered using octane! This animation was completed for the party responsible for the 3 million dollar government issued to the Macquaire house Project - a collaborative work space and education centre in Launceston, Tasmania. The animation was aired on National Television.

We have a Facebook page for people who want to get updates/tips/tricks etc too.

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. Hey Great Video Matt, The video is like virtual reality. I loved it. My love towards 3d animations and designs is never ending. I love researching a lot about this. Recently my sister jenelle got an amazing 3d animation of the interior and exterior designed for her dream home. It was amazing .. She got it done from the company jaked 3d - http://jaked3d.com/portfolio/ . I think she made a right decision of choosing jake 3d.
