awesome image!
Wow.. thank you so much Bart... I just never imagined seeing my image in blendernation... thank you all for the positive feedback. Glad you liked it. Thanks.
You're welcome! Happy to make your weekend ;-)
this is the most realistic blender render I've seen :D
No... No.... It's not real....
yet another photographer trying to pass off a picture as 3d work.. you can't fool me! :) Nice work - the details really paid off in this rendering. Really nice cherry shader too!
Just added a wireframe and clay render on BlenderArtists thread
Seems 2 of them are defying physics. http://i.imgur.com/nJlcfbm.png
I doubt the stems would hold them up. And if they are resting on the cherries below them, the must be really sticky.
Yep, that is because there are objects that consist of to cherries, and the physics dynamics didn't do a good job there. For it to work properly the stems had to be some sort of soft bodies.
apply the physics and select the whole cherry and base of the stem, then use the Proportional Falloff stuff and drag it to a more realistic place.
cherry material too much shiny to be really natural... apart from this, good work!
