Short film: Final Inspection

6

Carl Endres presents 'Final Inspection', in which a building inspector has the worst day of his life.

A flawed building inspector, and some shoddy construction collide and make for a real bad day.The brand new Harley Hotel & Casino is about to become the newest ultra luxury hotel and casino in

Las Vegas. Only one thing that stands in their way...the hotel must pass their final inspection.

This is a 3d short film I have been working on for a long time. It began with me modeling a slot machine, then the project expanded into a complete 3d hotel / casino resort, and then finally, into this short film.

I have licensed, for non-commercial use, all of the music used in this video through audionetwork.com. The artists who wrote/performed the music are noted in the credits.

Thank you for taking the time to watch it, I hope you get some smiles, and I welcome any of your comments.

I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

That's cool, really excellent work. I did notice that the elbows for the character pinch when the arm bends and even though I don't actually know how to do the following from experience I do know from reading that people fix this by using weight painting to adjust how the upper and lower arm bones affect shared vertices around the joint.
