Amaranth 0.9.0 Released

Amaranth is a powerhouse of personal productivity tweaks by Pablo Vazquez. Check out his 20 minute(!) walkthough.

Pablo writes:

Using Blender every day, you get to change little things on it to speedup your workflow. The problem is when you have to switch computers with somebody else’s Blender, it sucks.
That’s the main reason behind Amaranth. I ported all sort of little changes I find useful into this addon.
What is it about? Anything, whatever I think it can speedup workflow, I’ll try to add it. Enjoy!

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). If he could get Grease Pencil Tool to be completely shut off, I’d buy him a beer and icecream :)

Why isn’t that tool a addon? it’s just in my way…

In 2.70+, it’s on its own toolbar tab, if that helps.
