Quick Tip: Crack an Egg in Blender

Olav Bergsvik shares another quick tip: use the random mode of proportional editing to create convincing cracks.

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.

Now we add some faces to them, some weapons and make them go to war against the tyranny of the ketchup on the middle tier of the fridge’s door :P Nice tutorial, recently started to experiment with the Random proportional editing node since Andrew’s tutorial for the beer.
