This image started about 1 years ago during my spare time with a big man driving a small car, then I went to Wacken festival, and it changes everything, transforming the character in a giant crazy metalhead driving to the festival and having a personal party on the road, with this mini car (that really exist and is called Mopetta) completely full of everything you need for a 3 days metal festival, especially beers!
Everything is modeled and unwrapped with Blender, using classic polygon modeling for hard surface geos like the car and the guitar, while I used dynamic geometry sculpting for the face, and then retopo was realized with Bsurfaces.
It was finally rendered with Cycles in 6 different layers due to the amount of geometry, and post produced with Photoline.
