I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Can anyone identify the track from the first video for me, by the way?
This is just - WOW
I feel compelled to comment on this, but it left me speechless!
What really bothers me is I have little to no understandin on how he did this. I'm horrible at rigging ... anything. Well done.
I would definitely buy a tutorial series from this guy. Please blender foundation get him to do this.
I hope Denya is too busy making thousands of dollars as a rigger! He truly deserve it.
I just think a series would benefit the blender foundation. They are looking for ways to get people excited about the blender cloud. This could be one of those things.
Amazing rigging work! The thought process to achieve such results must have been delightful! Rigging is so much challenging and fun!
Amazing work, Denya!! Are there any video tutorials of how to make these? I suspect many would be highly interested in learning from you.
I agree,
count me in.
There already is a Rigging DVD, thou main focus on Humane Rigging, but it's still very extensive and after spending some time looking at the videos and playing around with rigging, I can see how he made it. So I recommend joining the Blender Cloud and watch the rigging videos for a in-depth look at the rigging system.
Cudos to Nathan Vegdahl for making the DVD and making in a very funny way! :)
I can vouch for the rigging DVD, it's great. I'm going through it now. I really recommend people sign up for the Blender Cloud and get this stuff.
That wine glass and ball with tail is amazing. I'd would be really interesting to find out how he does it.
TL;DR: Mind = blown
Wait....what??? How?! This is incredible.
These are amazing! So impressed.
Very cool.
Riggingmania - fantastic.
The wheel animation is awesome! Great job!!
yea... i watched that more than once alright.
awesome rigging work and not a lot of clutter everywhere to boot. epic.
wow
I am not sure words can describe just how amazing this is! I have been wanting to learn rigging in Blender for awhile now, this definatly makes me want to learn it! Awesome work Denya! :D
awesome.... awesome.... awesome.... , great rigging tire awesome...
It beyond my understanding of what blender can do!!! I Want to know how.
Pretty cool and very well set up, but is it actually using the blender built in rigging system or just applying custom scripts for all the mechanical (and wheel) stuff? Current system is fine for animation, but lack of custom controllers and rigid body joints (despite Bullet now being integrated into the animation pipe) make using blender for rendering robotic simulations a real pain...
coooll
Love it.
I'm a novice at rigging and so this was all very impressive. However, I wonder if this was done in blender or some other software application? It doesn't look like anything I've seen in other blender rigging tutorials. But like I said, I'm a novice and so take my question with a grain of salt.
Great!!!
I want try that a flat tire. Lol
Unbelievable!
This is not rigging.. this is totally fluid manipulation of 3D objects behavior!!
This is the meat and soul of animation!!
This is truly amazing!!
Standing ovation!

I can't believe I nearly missed this! Such great work!
I just HAVE TO see totorial! I didn't even suppose that blender rig is so powerful.
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmm i'd love to get my hands on those rigs, anybody know if their out there somewhere , anywhere. good stuff .
You are very very good!
Here is a quick test for the wine cup. Idea is the same with more work for dynamic tail : http://www.pasteall.org/blend/28066 (press alt+A and play with the cup)
damn that rigging of that tire is awesome! this guy is bad ass
What kind of magic is that?
These are the most impressive rigging demonstration I've ever seen done in Blender.
The dynamic reaction are just unbelievable.
Could you share some tips?
