Community Reporter · February 12, 2014

It has some editing quirks, but this reel by Zema Pereira contains some nice material.

Why would anybody choose that sort of sad music to a reel…? Showing robot to the melody that brings the saddest things to mind. I felt like somebody just died and that was video about his legacy or something. Couldnt concentrate on reel itself.

To me, it gave it a kind of “Tim Burton” feel.

Some nice artistic vision and an interesting choice of music. That said there seems to be a lot of room for improvement in timing and motion. Even the opening animation didn’t look like a sphere rolling.
I’m really looking forward to what this artist has to show us in a few more years with further honed skills.
