Just recently completed production on an Architectural Visualization project. The video is an Animated Walkthrough for the new facility our church is building next year. It was a lot of work but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It will be used for visualizing the building for project stakeholders, as well as hopefully inspiring more people to get involved in the capital fundraising campaign.
Specs: Blender 2.68 w/ Cycles used for modelling and rendering. Premiere Pro used for video edit.
Final renders done with Render Street.

Wow - good lookin' church there!
Out of curiosity .. why combine the gym and auditorium? Why not expand the building to have a dedicated gym? Then you'd have two large rooms available for events and a dedicate room for kids to run and be loud in.
Just a question.
So the kids have to sit quiet and listen! :D
There is that... but I was thinking the gym at our church is utilized at the same time often as the sanctuary/auditorium. Having the two rooms is a boon. But every church's needs are different.
The church wanted a building that was more like a community centre so that it could really focus on programs that build connections and relationships with the surrounding community. They also needed to maximize the flexibility of the building given the budget they have.
Nice! Did you use any of the Archimesh tools with this?
No, the exterior was modelled in Max by the architect, and then I did the interiors and environment in Blender, and then rendered in Cycles.
I got so dizzy watching the exterior shots that I puked in the cafeteria. Sorry 'bout the mess...
