I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Finally!
It is really nice to see the use of completely open source software.
The use of Lightworks and of course our beloved Blender is great.
they could of used blender's compositor for the video editing, but I
do understand the choice of using Lightworks.
Again, wonderful work and really professional!
Congratulations to your studio :)
Indeed. It's great to see Blender to Lightworks workflow. I've been wondering about uptake of Lightworks amongst Blenderheads.
Same here.
Also, It seems there OS of choice is Ubuntu :)
Free and open mindset all the way through!
Been waiting for someone to do this...figured it was only a matter of time.
How do you exchange projects between programs? Exports from lightworks in EDL or by frame sikventsy (photo).
I tried using edl, but can `t import into blender. Can someone make a video tutorial for the exchange project between Lightworks and Blender with EDL?
I've been messing around trying to get a perfect chroma shot for days but I can't get the edges perfect around my body. It looks choppy and slight green spillage. I'm kind of out of ideas as to how to place the lights. I'm standing as far away from the chroma as possible (I don't have a high celing).
