ARmobillo produced this intro for a Dutch documentary that will air on Dutch television.

We use Blender for most of our work if not all.. Recently we created a 2.5 min animation movie for a Dutch documentary that will be broadcast in a Dutch television channel on prime time.

  • The entire work on the project was performed with Blender.
  • Render was preformed mainly with cycles and we optimized the render times to meet our needs.
  • Render time per frame (for all layers) was 20-45 seconds.
  • Compositing and effects were also done in blender.
  • Timeline with titles and sound was added in after.

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. The work is excellent, very professional.
I have to say that the subject is not as scary as shown here. I met my girlfriend on the net and then I met her in real world and everything is fine with us.

  2. Really love that low poly art style!! Great job! I have to do an animation for school, and this animation is inspiring me to try out this type of style!

  3. Nice work ! I like the look of it.

I organize a 3D festival and I 'm sure you can win the first place ( a lot of money in prize ) , can you transfert me some money to subscrib your video ? .... no sorry it's a poor joke ;-)

    Continue your great works !

  4. Very nice work. As Maffster said, the 1st email dates way back before 1990, 1970s, I believe. Also, there is one typo I noticed, it should say "Lawmakers don't have an answer", not "Lawmaker don't have an answer".

    Very well done however.
