Wooden Game of Thrones castle

A little project Max did with his brother.

In this video you can see a real wooden expandable castle like in the Game of Thrones intro sequence. Or at least that is what it looks at first.

In fact it is a hoax made with Blender 3D, but I hope you will enjoy this video anyway and appreciate the time and effort that it took to create this.

  1. It's really great and I don't know if I would have spotted it if it hadn't appeared on blendernation.

But, given that it was posted on blendernation, it had to be a VFX project. And if you know it is a VFX project, you start to look for flaws. And there is some sliding between the model and the workbench. You notice this because there is a line of paint close to the corner closest to the guy.
