Nice, especially because it only needs two controls for a relatively complex tool. Very useful.
Its not the first time i see some useful(big, small doesn't matter) feature thats an addon and not a core tool. Then this awesome addon is forgotten and some feature like this appears in another package and gets updates while Blender users can only say "yeah, we've had this feature for years|years ago".
On another note some useful stuff are disabled by default and trust me, majority of users won't even know that they had some useful stuff right under their nose. And partially thats because sometimes those features make UI overcomplicated. But isn't it better to remake the idea of where and how to place those features so that they will be always there?
@swamp-fish, Agree that certain core functionality shouldn't be kept as addons. I'll check with the author, but think this can be merged into the core tool without too much trouble. (Think I can manage to do this for 2.69 release).
I've lost track of the link for 2.69 to-do items (or maybe I have the right link and the section isn't there yet)
I prefer to be able to read it before raising a fuss is all
It's great! Thank you! And big thanks to Alexander Nedovizin and Paul Kotelevets!
Blender keep becoming the most "modelling Swiss knife" 3d software ever! :)
Committed r59826.
Perfect news ^^
Sweet! Thanks for sharing.
I'm so happy to realize that Campbell is interested in merging this for 2.69.

I totally agree, it should be in the trunk.

Kudos if you know this reference. You have good tastes in comedies.
Aah, it is beautiful <:D
Tool settings should be in the Tool Shelf, not the Properties Shelf.
Fixed!
GFM has been updated to 0.1.8
