Yeah, like the ones that blink sometimes without any electricity. Some said that they are made with radioactive junk...

Nice very nice shot ! BTW: they blink due to static and wrong wiring in your house ! Two wires, one is ground and the other is power ! When the switch is off the power wire should be disconnected, if the power wired is still connected instead the the mercuric vapor inside the bulb in an empty space is very sensitive to electrostatic power. So changes in temperature make then flash with air molecules so that's what you probably see.
