Blender CAM drives computer aided machining equipment like mills. You can now export your designs and have them milled in wood, for example!
Blender CAM writes:
Blender CAM is an open source solution for artistic CAM - Computer aided machining needs.
Blender CAM is an extension for the free open-source Blender 3d package.
It has already been used for some milling projects, and is actively developed. If you are a developer who would like to help, don't hesistate to contact me.
This extension is free of charge, however you can donate to support the development and appreciate the work which has already been done.

Hahahaha, cool! Now you can make something like that carving example without having to be a wood artist and in a very short time.

Anyone know why graphicall is down?

Good luck with your site!
This as awesome! I have a CNC wood router and have been waiting for an addon to blender like this. I'll see if there's some way I can contribute, keep up the good work
Nice to see that my lead to Blender CAM results in such a short time to blendernation. I will try out this addon as soon as i finished my bachelor thesis and got more time for other projects. :)
