Here is my last work,
I try to create a cartoon girl which have some kind of "pixar look" using some three layer sss material for the skin and particle hair.A concept illustration and a model sheet can be found on my deviant art page or in the WIP thread in Blender artist.
The model is rigged using a modified version of rigify rig with a deformation cage. I followed the advanced face rig tutorial from Blender Cookie by David Ward to get some basic facial animation.

My immediate first thought was Pixar. I think you nailed that 'some kind of pixar look' :) Nice work and thx for sharing!
Excellent work a real top quality model! Thanks for the share.
With the model downloads BlenderNation is always a month behind everyone else.
I'm sure Bart does not have time to search for models to share, instead the artist shares his/her work with Blender Nation with the desire to be featured.
But if you see a great model on Blend swap you think should be featured there is a contact page here where you can let Bart know! ;)

Thanks Alex :)
What are the advantages to using a deform cage in a rig vs not using one?
deelish
cute!
One of my favourite models I've seen in a long while. Love the long, thin, stylizes proportions and the face is gorgeous. Definitely a Pixarish feel to it, although with a slightly risque edge that makes it feel new and fresh.
That you'd share it with the rest of us on Blendswap is the icing on the cake! Thankyou!
This is looks great ! will try later !
Nice model, going with 8 heads proportions is interesting, but may present problems with the overall feel of style depending on what your going for. I can definitely see this working with a bit darker and more serious story, or in a world where everything is disproportionately tall.
Indeed a Pixar look was captured :P You know, she sort of reminds me of Sid's little sister on Toy Story... What was her name again? Hannah? Heh heh, anyway, awesome character!
thanks for sharing, I notice that there is a little problem with the spine and the mesh..is it possible it is not well weight painted? I have tried to check it but the same deformation ocurrs !
