Too long and slow to be a reel imo, but there's some quality jobs right there.
Hi you have got a lot of nice stuff in there. But I agree with the previous comment its too long.
I think that you should chose the ones you think are the best and also cut some which are too long.
I agree with comments above. You only have to show the real spectacular stuff. Maybe, at the end, you have a 40 seconds reel, but is always better than a boring reel (you have to be sure they have watched it from start to end).
One last thing: what is your role? Animator, modeler, compositor...? You can be a generalist, but your reel must show what you are doing and what you want to do.
Sweet. Some fast-paced breakdowns can speed things up. Always put your very best stuff up front.
