Blender Animation Toolkit – Training Series from CG Cookie
CG Cookie has launched a new training video DVD on character animation.

The Blender 3D Animation Toolkit is a training series developed to teach you the advanced character animation techniques and workflows needed to animate complete scenes. This series is a sequel to CG Cookie’s Animation Fundamentals Series.
Along with this series, we’ve developed a new custom rig that allows you to generate your own characters easily. This highly customizable rig allows for a wide range of variations, giving you a chance to animate almost any human character you can imagine. The rig will be released for free under a Creative Commons license shortly after the release of the training series to help build a continually improving set of resources for the Blender animation user-base.
Blender Animation Toolkit costs $48 for the download version or $54 for the DVD version.

I pre-ordered this and got the download links last week. I can honestly say this is one of the best resources out there for anyone who wants to learn how to animate.
Not only do you have a whole bunch of tutorials showing you complete animation workflows from beginning to end, but there’s the Cookie Flex rig, which comes with a comprehensive set of pre-built characters of all different body types, so you can practise animating almost any human body type from the outset. And of course you can modify it to look like almost anything. I can see me using this rig for years to come.

It could be good, but the examples they show have very “noodle-y” arm motion.
