Seattle User Meeting, September 1st.

0

Blenderheads in Seattle are meeting on September 1st.

Oscar Baechler writes:

After our break in August, it's time for another fine Seabug to commence! Saturday, September 1st at the AIS North campus, room 102 (subject to change), from 2 to 5:30. More info at our Meetup page.

As a baseline, here's some topics we'll cover:
Tube animation and production environment
Z-sphere style modeling and sculpting with Blender's new Skin modifier
Wanna help Seabug? Do a tutorial or project presentation!
I thought we'd also try something other meetups have done, which is a beginner Q&A session. Bring in your struggling, troublesome projects and experts will buddy up to help you!

See you then,
--Oscar

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.
