Nice for your first try, but what external render did you, try few other render's which may improve results. Great modelling!
That's not an Austin Mini, it's one of those fakes made by BMW, also known as the "Twatmobile".
I really like the look of this, but the size of the numberplate and the headlights aren't quite right.
You want to help professionalise Blender? Please consider checking what you write before posting. You don't come across very well with bad grammar and spelling.
Oh get over yourself. Nice model, Jaxy, and congrats on getting on Blender Nation :)
may i take the opportunity to wish you well Gusto Musto.
You come across as someone with which the Blender community in general could do without.
Jaxy cool model.......keep em coming
"You want to help professionalise Blender?" .. is a fragment .. not a question .. hmm grammar :)
looks really great! Just the license plate should be a little smaller and the windows shouldn't flow with the pillars in between them so much, maybe push the windows in a hair.
A very good modeling and rendering exercise, indeed. Here's some constructive criticism- you still need to work on the hood, and the driver's side window looks awkwardly bent. There's a lot of other stuff that jumps at the eye as well, mostly in the sizes and proportions of various artifacts- but then again, Blender might not be the best program to use for modeling a car to the accuracy of a millimeter. And try using a longer focal length for the render. Anyway, models are fun to make to study designs and present ideas- and without ideas you can't have products.
The Textures are a little weird. Try making the Body of the car a material. Also the connection from the body to the roof of the car has a stretched texture on it. (Sorry for my knowledge on what to call the parts haha) Otherwise it is a great model!
Your lines and detail are pretty cool. You might want to try cycles rendering and get into nodes. There is a pretty good tutorial on car paint on Youtube called, "Car paint tutorial". Part 1 and part 2. I am getting into car modeling myself and will upload some of my stuff soon. Like it!
thnx a lot guys.......
sorry for the late reply but i was working on another model and was busy for a while........
ur comments and criticism have been very useful indeed and i will rectify my mistakes in the next model.......
thnx again to all!!!!!!
