FormaCD released volume 1 of their Blender training material in the French language.
This first volume teaches all the basics needed to make your first steps in 3D with Blender. Five more DVDs are planned which over time will shift their focus to Blender 2.6.x.

Yes I phone them and they told me that there are waiting 2.62 to make the other DVD
hi, in fact we’re waiting for bmesh to make the avanced modeling volume (so 2.63 i guess), and some functions about cycle for the third volume about advanced lightning and rendering.
Some infos about this volume, it’s the transformation of a 80H long training from Francois Grassard Aka Coyhot…
There is 20H of videos in the dvd … And it’s covering all the basics of blender from the interface to the rendering. It’s more than enough to have a very good starting with Blender, or to learn correct “how to”… It’s not a tutorial collection, but a complete training.
