Blender Podcast Episode 10

7

My favorite podcast just released a new episode!

Thomas Dinges writes:

We released the 10th episode of the Blender Podcast. Campbell and I talked about recent events and the Blender conference. Afterwards we had a chat with Sarah Laufer and Daniel Salazar. Daniel is one of the guys behind graphicall.org and Sarah and he have a lot of interesting projects they are working on at the moment. They also share their experiences in teaching Blender to students

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. Are there any plans to make the tree hierarchy dynamic?  And what is the partial solution for it that they are discussing in this (that gets relegated to "after the podcast").

  2. Hey you told to Daniel and Sara that you were going to post a link to their Studio. I do not see it anywhere !

Sara & Daniel: Buena suerte con los episodios, si hay algun link para poder verlos seria interesante ver como Sara hace animaciones y Daniel los Rigs?

  3. Campbell Barton on

@cbnewham, not currently though python could probably be used to do it, but it needs to be usable too, and think with this you run into complications even if its a fully supported feature.
