Amor Sacro

Amor Sacro (sacred love) is a short film that was shown at the Sitges Film Festival this week. The visual effects for the wings were all done in Blender. It was also projected at the Capitol Cinema in Madrid on Thursday 27th of October.

  1. I'm spanish, has "this short film" been paid with public taxes? With Zapatero, every stupid idea that a film director of the "sindicato de la ceja" has had, it's been paid with public money. And I think this "film" is not an exception. I like really Blender, please don't polute this web with such trash.

    • Hi josemanuel, I am the director of this shortfilm, not this shortfilm has not been paid for the goberment, actually I have paid all the money that it has cost. You should probably know that in Madrid the public money is given by PP ;0)(Not from the PSOE/"sindicato de la ceja") . But I didn't properly apply for it so don't worry they didn't have the chance to choose it.

Also, please when you say something is a trash, especially when is the work of a big team of people, explain you point, give reasons, and present something better you have done. Otherwise dont loose you time running down someone else's work. You will look like a poor bored man trying to blame something for whatever reason.

      • I didn't understand the trailer I'm afraid, but I must say the cinematography looks excellent.

Would it be possible to have a visual effects break down for the wings shot please? The effect looks excellent and it would really be nice to see how Blender is being used to make such high quality out-put.Thanks,Daniel.
