The Address for Blender Guru is http://www.blenderguru.com. There is also a tutorial for an underwater scene there, but of, course, you can not enter your results of the tutorial. but if you need a little help learning what to do to create an underwater scene the tutorial will help, then it is up to you.

Also, if you are new to blender there is an underwater scene tutorial, right on the home page of Blender Guru. Of Course you would not be able to enter your results from following along with that tutorial, but it is a good place to start if you are indeed new to blender.
