Dhia eldeen el Khawaldeh send us an email that he uploaded a new tutorial demonstrating the creation of wave based abstract 3D art on his new online website called Brainmeal.net.
Dhia writes:
Hi, I just needed some abstractish art for some documents, and told my self: "why not to make my own with Blender?" I got the result you see below, showed it on the IRC where they liked it, and was asked to make a tutorial and prepared this immediately :)
The tutorial covers:
- 3D Modeling
- Materials
- Nodes composting
- And more
This tutorial is considered as a *heating up* for our DVD [Blender Game Engine Zero to Hero]
Watch the tutorial discuss on our website & download the .blend file here Link and if you like this tutorial, don't forget to share it with others.

Sounds like a pretty interesting tutorial, I've been trying to figure out how to make some more abstractish things in Blender, I'll definitely have to check it out!
In the node editor you can easily connect a viewer node to an output with "Ctrl+Shift+Left-mouse-button" on the node output you want to view
