Daniel Martinez Lara gives a great demonstration of how to sculpt shape keys in:
Daniel writes:
In Blender 2.58 you don´t need the Anisculpt scripts anymore, just create a shape key and sculpt it :)
Sculpt,Sculpt,Sculpt, I love sculpt stuff, is one of the most direct way to create. You don´t need to know technical stuff, just a bunch of brushes and your own art. It would be nice that in near the future you can pose your bones of your rigged characters with this kind of tools.

Daniel thanks for making this video, you introduced me to anisculpting and I started implementing it in my project about a month ago, it's always great to see examples it lets me see what the possibilities are. Great job!
Dude, that`s awesome. I have been waiting so long for this and thought it wouldn`t come anymore. But finally it`s there. Thank you a lot.
Wow. That is a very useful tool.
realy inspiering am still a begginer but cant wait to reach that stage
Daniel is the master! Thanks teacher!
I love shapekeys. :) And sculpting ofc.
What can you say? Woot.
Just awesome! The only thing bothering me is playback performance once you have a lot of shape keys + bones + multiple characters. But well there's still playblasts
Great tips, this tricks are too in the book "Blender 2.5 Character Animation Cookbook" in the page 27, from chapter one, the new features from blender 2.5x, make us the work more easily, every day ¡¡¡
Nice method. In 2.49 I tweaked the vertices by hand!
Wonderfully simple.
I've been following this thread ( http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?180095-obj-sequence-mdd/page4 ) on creating/exporting/importing point cache. There were a couple great maya based short films that used Anisculpt for touch up work. I believe one good way to introduce users of other software packages to Blender would be with an easy connection back and forth with regards to animated meshes. I miss the Blender to Maya connection script that was in the 2.49 Anisculpt script. Is there anyone out there who has experience with a good script/workflow for transferring back and forth, specifically to Maya?
Thank you a lot :) You save me !
Yes, please update your maya to blender to maya scripts!, i'd only use it one way probably, either maya to blender, or blender to maya, but it seems so great, we need that kind of integration to push blender easily into maya pipelines so people can see it's power without having to change their entire pipeline overnight.
pretty please!
