One of the examples in the showcase of the unreal UDK features an arch-vis project, created in blender by Luigi Russo, an engineering student at the University of Naples. Blender was used for the content creation, with the final environment put together in the unreal development kit to create a real-time, interactive architectural visualisation. Click through for a video of the environment in action.
Architectural Visualization with UDK and Blender

Love it.
UDK is a freakin beast .. too bad the UI isn't very friendly!
the nightversion at the end is really epic :) good work and design
Nice, but ArchViz has to be rendered with Vray for Blender!
Glad to see it on the main UDK page. Nice work (though I'm not a fan of the matinee camera repetition for the night scene) also good to see Blender getting more high profile exposure.
Perhaps game developers (maybe triple A UDK users?) may consider Blender in their pipeline more.
The video doesn't seem to work...?
